To initiate a return of any item you to create a ticket by following this link:- https://helpcenter.shopndone.com/homepage/. Fill in all the details and select the reason for the return. Don’t forget the attached picture of the outer packing along with the shipping label and the product pictures. After creating a ticket we request to you please wait for at least 24 hours to check your ticket by our team.
It depends on the product that you have ordered. Generally, it’s divided into two time periods 7 days and 15 days. When placing the order the time period for the return is mentioned on the product page.
